In line with the development and improvement of our software, we added a new functionality for Boldworkplanner, a complementary tool that serves to fill vacancies that may arise during the planning of the work calendar.
The new Coverage Offer module starts from a starting point that we define as a deficit, a lack of labor coverage. The planner, with the necessary information about the shortage of hours to be covered, sends a request to several professionals, with labor capacity and availability, who receive the request in the BOLDApp, where they can accept or reject the shift immediately.
Once the appropriate time has elapsed, the planner will decide the professional to whom the shift will be assigned, managing the relevant communications to the candidates in the same App. In this way, the planning will be updated with the changes.
