From October 23 to 25, 2024, the III Congress on Equality and Human Resources in the Health Sector will be held in Tenerife, a key event to address the challenges and opportunities in the management of people in healthcare. A congress that will be held at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Government of the Canary Islands, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and of which we are one more year as sponsors.
At Global Planning Solutions we also collaborated with the dynamization of the workshop Time management and its impact on motivation, retention and conciliation. An opportunity to explore specific and necessary aspects of the sector to facilitate the reconciliation and loyalty of professionals in a sector as demanding as the health sector.
During the workshop, we will delve into the Human Resources function, an area that lives in constant balance and faces new challenges on multiple fronts: professionals, company, union representation and administration, all while complying with current legal regulations. In the healthcare field, proper time management and planning are fundamental elements that are directly related to employee motivation and loyalty, as well as facilitating their work-life balance.
