One of our main objectives is to gain an in-depth understanding of the healthcare and social-healthcare market, identifying both its needs and opportunities for improvement. From service quality to talent retention, our work involves constant monitoring and active listening to key players in organizations.
Therefore, our annual agenda includes participation in events and meetings where we can share spaces and exchange experiences.
This year we started with our first participation in the IV National Congress on Dependence and IV National Congress on Dependency and HealthcareThis event will be held at IFEMA Madrid on March 10, 11 and 12, where you can find us at stand 10A113 (Hall 10). This space will address the challenges of management in nursing homes and care centers, with a focus on efficiency, quality of care and digitization.
The health and social care sector has unique particularities that directly impact the quality of care. For BOLD, understanding the particularities of the industry and organizations is essential to be able to adapt management solutions to these realities. We tell you more about the Planning Model for residences.
During the same week we will participate in the 38th Conference for the Development and Humanization of Nursing: New technologies in the art of caring, on March 13 and 14 in Centro San Juan de Dios Ciempozuelos (Madrid). (Madrid).
It will be a space for reflection on how to implement health technologies in nursing care, such as robotics applied to assistance, virtual reality in the treatment of Eating Disorders (ED), digital manufacturing applied to the health field or the use of simulation classrooms for training professionals, without losing the warmth and closeness that characterize health care. All from a perspective that involves digital transformation within the same organization.
Ultimately, and for the third consecutive year, we will meet again at the 35th National Nurse Managers Conference organized by the National Association of Nursing Managers (ANDE), which will be held from 26 to 28 March 2025 in the capital of the Principality of Asturias and in which we will be present for three days at stand 3 in the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos Ciudad de Oviedo.
A meeting that we will complete with a dynamic workshop in which we will explore how intelligent planning becomes the central axis of people management in the healthcare environment. We will address the importance of effectively managing nursing planning to anticipate and manage absences and changes in the team, thus ensuring continuity of service.
We will have the cases and applications of the software by Miguel Angel Molina, Director of Nursing at the Hospital Universitari Mútua Terrassa and Joaquín Juárez and Albert Batlle, Nurse Managers of Professional Teams of the Directorate of Nursing at the Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge.
