We are celebrating the second edition of the BOLD Users Meeting | Healthcare 2023. An annual event of Global Planning Solutions in which we had the opportunity to bring together users of the tool in a technological space to discuss BOLD implementations, human resources challenges, trends in planning, news, future, digital transformation and people management.
Maintaining the format that we already implemented in the first edition of the meeting, the GPS team opened the meeting with an overview of the functionalities and technological initiatives implemented by the Development and Support team.
The GPS R&D department has shared its achievements this year that have resulted in improvements to different versions.
From Aureli Joaniquet, head of the Development department, we were able to hear the latest news on the landing and deployment of 64 bits in the latest version of the tool. On the other hand, technical aspects planned for the short term were also discussed, which include:
- New BOLD APP
- Attendance management through application functionalities
- Replacement and updating of the Portal
- API integration with Business Intelligence tools
- Development of new security measures and identification of technological vulnerabilities through AI
To keep us up to date with the latest developments in our product, Guayasén Osorio, head of the Support department, gave us a detailed overview of the functional improvements we have implemented.
The department has been working on innovations and gradual improvements that respond directly to new ideas and suggestions from our users, leading to changes in the tool to meet their needs.
On the other hand, in order to improve the understanding and processing in the use of BOLD, GPS has deployed different training capsules aimed at training and updating knowledge in different unboardings that can be acquired according to the needs of each client. This includes:

- Audits
To conclude the first part of the BOLD Users Meeting, we had the pleasure of introducing the new BOLD App and sharing some details about the upcoming features that will be available starting next year.
