BOLD gains prominence in the healthcare field as a digital transformation model for HR management

Last March, BOLD participated for the first time in the National Congress on Dependency and Healthcare. It was an opportunity to get even closer to the current challenges of the social and healthcare sector, at a time when it is more necessary than ever to rethink care models and move towards a more humane, closer and more focused on the elderly.

In this same context, the magazine Alimarket Healthcare and Dependency has published in its February-March issue an article dedicated to BOLD, in which we participate as one of the main suppliers of management software for hospitals and healthcare centers nationwide.

Under the slogan “Digitalization boosts the personalization of care”, the article highlights one of the key ideas that is also part of BOLD’s value proposition: facilitating the work of healthcare professionals through digital transformation.

Although the complete technological implementation in the dependency sector is progressing gradually and requires a profound change in mentality and work model, it is becoming increasingly evident that this is a necessary transformation. In the medium and long term, it represents a clear opportunity to improve the efficiency of the system without losing focus on people, and this is where our integrated planning solution for care homes comes in.

But what do we mean when we talk about humanization in care and healthcare?

From our experience applying BOLD in nursing homes, we understand that humanization is not limited to dealing directly with people. It also implies rethinking how work is organized in the professional teams dedicated to this care.

Beyond the clinical approach, an organizational structure is needed that promotes the active participation of the teams, recognizes their practical knowledge and integrates it strategically in the management and improvement of the services themselves.

BOLD offers a comprehensive solution to advance and connect this more humane and efficient model with the needs of the block, how?

  • Connecting organizational objectives with the real needs of care, through action plans that translate into visible changes in services and occur automatically and transparently on a single platform.
  • Reducing time and repetitive tasks, freeing up resources to redirect them to direct and higher quality care.
  • Facilitating spaces led by the teams themselves, where real day-to-day problems can be identified and solutions applied from the software can be proposed and the rest of those involved can be delivered.
  • Fostering a culture of transversal collaboration between the different teams: auxiliary, nursing, coordination, planners, general services, human resources…
