BOLD at the 6th National Congress on Dependency and Healthcare: Exploring the future of the sector and digital transformation

We closed our participation in the VI National Congress on Dependency and Healthcare by Alimarket, held on March 10, 11 and 12 at the IFEMA Madrid Exhibition Center, within the framework of HIIP.

This congress, a benchmark in the social and healthcare sector, was an opportunity to analyze the current state of care from a comprehensive perspective. In a context of digital and technological transformation, it has allowed us to delve into the advances and challenges that will mark the future of care for the elderly.

The conferences and lectures highlighted the importance of digitalization in improving care for the elderly and optimizing the work of professionals in the sector.

What key factors we acquired and can contribute to as planning software developers:

  • Integration of advanced technologies in elderly care. This implies more efficient support for the needs of care centers, specifically to professionals in terms of assistance and fluid and transparent communication and information with family members.
  • Improvement of the technological infrastructure in health centers: The need to update the equipment and computer systems in the health centers became evident. There is talk of improving the administrative processes of the professionals and stop using obsolete methods that can lead to errors or slow down services.
  • Training and adaptation of professionals to new digital tools and development of accessible and updated digital platforms: The modernization of digital platforms in the healthcare sector is key to improving accessibility and communication among employees, avoiding the inappropriate use of personal communication platforms, and promoting digital tools that improve organization, transparency and respect for digital disconnection. All of this has a direct impact on improving the care of the elderly.

For BOLD, this knowledge reinforces our commitment to digital transformation in a demanding sector such as healthcare. For this purpose, we are already working with our planning model for nursing homes and day care centers and day care centers with solutions that simplify shift assignment, ensure adequate staff coverage and facilitate coordination between teams. In addition, we incorporate tools that improve internal communication, ensuring services that meet specific needs.

We would like to thank all the visitors who visited our stand and the organization for making us part of it. See you soon!
